Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves, (rinsed and patted dry)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I like Best Foods Olive Oil Mayo)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, (I use Lawry's and cut the amount by half)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
We served it with fabulous Idaho baked potatoes, glazed carrots, green salad, rolls, and brownie sundaes. Talk about easy, Sunday dinner perfection. Trust me, we will be making this again often!
With love from our table to yours...
xoxo

I have never cooked with mayonnaise before-how interesting! I must give this a try. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

Sure looks good:@)
ReplyDeleteI have had this before and I will have to agree, the most moist and flavorful chicken!
ReplyDeleteNow that is the way I like them. Simple. Healthy. Delicious.
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy and easy! Right up my alley! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to give it a try too!
ReplyDeleteYum, yum, yum - I'm always up for a new chicken recipe! I seem to never tire of it because there are so many fun variations and this one looks fabulous! I am actually posting a chicken breast recipe today also, I guess we're just two peas in a pod today! :)
ReplyDeleteI can never have too many chicken recipes. I've never tried mayonnaise on chicken, but it must be part of what makes it so moist and tender.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so good! The mayo part seems unusual, but then again...........yum.
ReplyDeleteTry it, you will be pleasantly surprised!
DeleteThis sounds so much like a recipe my family loves that I've made for years but it's made with Miracle Whip and seasonings, and then grilled. I love the sound of this one with the cheese! I haven't tried the Best Foods (Hellman's here) mayo with olive oil yet - sounds good.
ReplyDeleteI've made a similar one to this one before. So delicious. Sounds like a wonderful Sunday dinner.
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy! Hope you are having a great week!...hugs...Debbie
ReplyDeleteHOLY MOLEY.....this looks so awesome. I have ck breast in the freezer...let's see....do I have all the other ingredients....yes, ma'am, I surely do so as soon as those breast thaw, we will have some of this delicious sounding meat.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the recipe...

ReplyDeleteHi Renee, hope all is going well in your new role with the missionary group. I'm vegetarian so don't eat chicken, but I just saw your banana sheet cake recipe and it sounds divine. Best wishes and blessings, Tammy

DeleteThose look delicious! My husband is a Mayo-hater, but I might be able to sneak some in without him noticing...lol

looks so great - I too am here from TCB. I am always looking for a new good way to make chicken breast! THANKS
ReplyDeleteI just had to stop back in and tell you I made this a couple of nights ago- wow, is it ever good! Will definitely be keeping this one on the recipe file!
ReplyDeleteSo here's a really dumb question. Can you taste the mayonnaise? I'm guessing you can't but I'm asking because I HATE the taste of mayonnaise. I don't mind using it as long as I can't taste it. So . . . ?
